Life can present us with challenges, and there are times when we need guidance and support to get through difficult or confusing situations. I work with individuals, couples, and families to problem solve, make positive changes, and empower clients to create the life they envision. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I have dedicated my career to helping others navigate through and overcome troublesome circumstances. I have over 20 years of counseling experience, and have worked with clients of all ages. In addition to being a LPC, I have 30 years of experience as a Certified School Counselor and Certified School Teacher. My areas of specialty are counseling children/adolescents, life coaching for adults, managing anxiety, and parenting consultation. I utilize multiple counseling methods including Solution Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to help individuals achieve goals, feel more self-assured, and live life to the fullest. I currently accept insurance from companies listed below. I will be in-network with several additional insurance companies soon.
